Lazy Dog Ranch 

CASA AND CASITA:  From January 1 through  December 31, 2012 the rate is $125.00 per room, per night based on double occupancy.  Room rates are subject to 7.05% tax.

2012 SPECIAL: Reserve both the Casa and Casita for three consecutive nights and receive a special per night, per room rate of $99.00!

There is a two-night minimum on Friday and Saturday nights. Check-in is after 2:00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-out is noon.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:  The fee is $15.00 per person, per night for each additional guest. There is no charge for children under 10 years of age.

PAYMENT: Visa/Mastercard accepted. Checks and cash are also welcome.

DEPOSIT: A deposit in the amount of one night stay is required to hold the room.  There is no fee for cancellation if notice is received within 14 days of arrival date. 13 days or less prior to arrival,  the deposit will not be refunded. 

PET FEES: Friendly dogs (even lazy ones) are welcome. There is a $10.00 non-refundable fee per pet, per night. Each additional dog after the first one is $5.00 per night. We ask that you bring their own bedding for their comfort as well as that of future guests. 

SMOKING: There is no smoking in the guest rooms or breakfast area. If you choose to smoke, please do so outside.

COMMUNICATION: There is no television or telephone in the Casa or Casita. Wireless internet service is available in both areas.

There is a great deal to see and do in the area.  We are happy to provide guidance in making tour and/or dining arrangements. Just ask!
